    主齿轮轴齿断裂原因

    Fracture reason of main gear shaft teeth

    • 摘要: 某型号产品主齿轮轴发生断裂现象,采用宏观观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、化学成分分析等方法分析其断裂原因。结果表明:主齿轮轴断裂的主要原因是齿面传动过程中产生磨粒磨损,使载荷发生突变,进而在齿根应力集中处形成疲劳源;在交变应力的多次作用下,裂纹从疲劳源处萌生并扩展,且随着扩展过程中受力方向的改变,疲劳裂纹的方向也随之不断变化,轮齿剩余截面的应力超过其极限应力,最终导致齿轮断裂。

       

      Abstract: The fracture phenomenon of the main gear shaft of a certain type of product was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test and chemical composition analysis. The results show that the main reason for the fracture of the main gear shaft was abrasive wear in the process of tooth surface transmission, which causesd the load to change abruptly, and then formed a fatigue source at the stress concentration of the tooth root. Under the repeated action of alternating stress, the crack initiated and expanded from the fatigue source, and with the change of the force direction during the expansion process, the direction of the fatigue crack also changed continuously. The stress of the remaining section of the tooth exceeded its ultimate stress, which eventually led to the fracture of the gear.
