Abstract:
By installing a conductivity module, configuring conductivity electrodes on an automatic potentiometric titrator, and creating calibration, verification, and measurement methods for conductivity electrodes, automatic measurement of conductivity in hot-dip galvanizing degreasing solution could be achieved. The measurement results could be compared with those obtained by the original manual conductivity method, and precision tests could be conducted on the new method. The results show that the new method had good measurement precision and there was no significant difference in measurement results compared to the original manual conductivity method. Setting stirring conditions in the measurement method could eliminate the influence of bubbles on the conductivity measurement results. After the sample measurement was completed, wiped the electrode with anhydrous ethanol, rinsed it with deionized water, and stored it dry to eliminate the influence of electrode surface coating on the conductivity measurement results.
