    热镀锌脱脂液中电导率的自动测量

    Automatic detection of conductivity value in degreasing solution for hot-dip galvanizing

    • 摘要: 在自动电位滴定仪上加装电导模块、配置电导率电极,创建电导率电极校准、验证和测量方法,可实现热镀锌脱脂液中电导率的自动测量,将测量结果与原手动电导率法的测量结果进行比对,并对新方法开展精密度试验。结果表明:新方法的测量精密度好,与原手动电导率法的测量结果无显著差异;在测量方法中设置搅拌条件,可消除气泡对电导率测量结果的影响;试样测量完成后,用无水乙醇擦拭电极,并用去离子水冲洗干净、干燥保存,可消除电极表面覆层对电导率测量结果的影响。

       

      Abstract: By installing a conductivity module, configuring conductivity electrodes on an automatic potentiometric titrator, and creating calibration, verification, and measurement methods for conductivity electrodes, automatic measurement of conductivity in hot-dip galvanizing degreasing solution could be achieved. The measurement results could be compared with those obtained by the original manual conductivity method, and precision tests could be conducted on the new method. The results show that the new method had good measurement precision and there was no significant difference in measurement results compared to the original manual conductivity method. Setting stirring conditions in the measurement method could eliminate the influence of bubbles on the conductivity measurement results. After the sample measurement was completed, wiped the electrode with anhydrous ethanol, rinsed it with deionized water, and stored it dry to eliminate the influence of electrode surface coating on the conductivity measurement results.
