    推移千斤顶缸底开裂原因

    Reasons for cracking at the bottom of the displacement jack cylinder

    • 摘要: 某27SiMn钢推移千斤顶缸底出现孔洞、掉块、裂纹缺陷。采用宏观观察、低倍酸蚀检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对千斤顶缸底开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:在粗车加工时,因加工尺寸失误,从而进行了补焊,补焊时操作不当,使材料出现补焊未熔合现象,最终导致缸底内孔底面发生开裂。

       

      Abstract: A certain 27SiMn steel displacement jack cylinder had defects such as holes, falling blocks, and cracks at the bottom. The reasons for the cracking of the bottom of the jack cylinder were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation, low magnification acid corrosion inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that during rough machining, due to dimensional errors, repair welding was carried out. Improper operation during repair welding resulted in incomplete fusion of the material, ultimately leading to cracking of the bottom surface of the cylinder bottom inner hole.
