    某井油管断裂原因

    Reason of fracture of oil pipe in a well

    • 摘要: 某井油管在运行过程中发生断裂事故。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法对该油管的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:油管介质中氧元素含量较高,溶解氧腐蚀造成材料穿孔,穿孔处油管内壁产生了周向冲刷,随着运行时间的延长,冲刷使管壁减薄,减薄和穿孔部位产生了应力集中,最终导致油管发生低应力脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: The oil pipe of a certain well broke during operation. The fracture cause of the tubing was analyzed using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination. The results show that the oxygen content in the oil pipe medium was high, and dissolved oxygen corrosion caused material perforation. The inner wall of the oil pipe at the perforation site experienced circumferential erosion. With the extension of operation time, the erosion caused thinning of the pipe wall, resulting in stress concentration at the thinning and perforation sites, ultimately led to low stress brittle fracture of the oil pipe.
