    壁厚对T91钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算关系的影响

    Effect of wall thickness on conversion relationship between Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of T91 steel

    • 摘要: 采用里氏硬度计和布氏硬度计分别对不同壁厚T91钢小径管母材和焊缝进行硬度测试,研究壁厚对T91钢里氏硬度与布氏硬度换算关系的影响。结果表明:母材的直读值与实测值之间的误差随壁厚的增大而减小;焊缝的直读值与实测值之间的误差随壁厚的增大呈先增大后减小,最后趋于稳定的趋势;基于回归分析,建立了不同壁厚T91钢小径薄壁管母材及焊缝里氏硬度与布氏硬度之间的新换算关系,计算值与实测值之间的绝对误差为0~6 HB。

       

      Abstract: The hardness of base metal and weld of T91 steel small diameter tube with different wall thickness was tested by Leeb hardness tester and Brinell hardness tester respectively, and the effect of wall thickness on conversion relationship between leeb hardness and brinell hardness of T91 steel was studied. The results show that the error between the direct reading value and the measured value of the base metal decreased with the increase of the wall thickness. The error between the direct reading value and the measured value of the weld increased first and then decreased with the increase of the wall thickness, and finally tended to be stable. Based on regression analysis, a new conversion relationship between Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness of T91 steel small diameter thin-walled tube base metal and weld with different wall thickness was established. The absolute error between the calculated value and the measured value was 0-6 HB.
