    某注水柔性复合管穿孔原因

    Perforation reason of a water injection flexible composite pipe

    • 摘要: 某注水柔性复合管发生穿孔现象,采用宏观观察,密度、硬度、维卡软化温度、交联度测试,红外光谱分析,热重和抗拉强度测试等方法分析穿孔的原因。结果表明:该注水管为I型柔性复合管,但壁厚不符合标准要求;内衬层材料为普通聚乙烯,局部树脂缺失,存在开裂穿孔现象;受污染纤维的颜色变深,且发生脆性断裂;外保护层与内衬同一位置处有穿孔;该复合管穿孔的原因是内衬层树脂缺失,高矿化度介质渗透至增强纤维层,导致其力学性能显著降低。

       

      Abstract: Perforation occurred in a water injection flexible composite pipe. The causes of perforation were analyzed by macroscopic observation, density, hardness, Vicat softening temperature, crosslinking degree test, infrared spectrum analysis, thermogravimetric and tensile strength test. The results show that the water injection pipe was a type I flexible composite pipe, but the wall thickness didn’t meet the standard requirements. The lining material was ordinary polyethylene, local resin was missing, and there was cracking and perforation at the most serious place. The color of the contaminated fiber became darker and brittle fracture occured. There was a perforation at the same position of the outer protective layer and the inner lining. The reason for the perforation of the composite pipe was the lack of resin in the inner liner, and the high salinity medium penetrated into the reinforced fiber layer, resulting in a significant reduction in its mechanical properties.
