    试验参数对5083-H116铝合金晶间腐蚀测试结果的影响

    Effect of test parameters on intergranular corrosion test results of 5083-H116 aluminum alloy

    • 摘要: 研究了硝酸浸泡晶间腐蚀试验的温度、硝酸质量分数、试验时间对5083-H116铝合金晶间腐蚀测试结果的影响。结果表明:5083-H116铝合金耐晶间腐蚀性能优良,标准试验条件下的腐蚀速率仅为1.34 mg/cm2,试样表面未见晶间腐蚀特征;在硝酸质量分数不变时,随着试验温度的升高,铝合金的腐蚀速率呈现指数增长的趋势;在试验温度不变时,随着硝酸质量分数的增大,铝合金的腐蚀速率呈现下降的趋势。在标准试验条件下,随着试验时间的延长,试样的腐蚀速率呈缓慢上升的趋势,并趋于稳定。改变试验条件后,5083铝合金的硝酸浸泡晶间腐蚀试验原理发生偏离,结果不能有效表征其晶间腐蚀性能,最后推荐采用ASTM G67-24a标准进行5083铝合金的晶间腐蚀测试。

       

      Abstract: The effects of temperature, nitric acid mass fraction and test time on the intergranular corrosion test results of 5083-H116 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that 5083-H116 aluminum alloy had excellent intergranular corrosion resistance. The corrosion rate under standard test conditions was only 1.34 mg/cm2, and there was no intergranular corrosion characteristics on the surface of the sample. When the mass fraction of nitric acid was constant, the corrosion rate of the aluminum alloy increased exponentially with the increase of the test temperature. When the test temperature was constant, with the increase of nitric acid mass fraction, the corrosion rate of the aluminum alloy showed a downward trend. Under the standard test conditions, with the extension of test time, the corrosion rate of the sample showed a slow upward trend and tended to be stable. After changing the test conditions, the principle of nitric acid immersion intergranular corrosion test of 5083 aluminum alloy was deviated, and the results failed to effectively characterize its intergranular corrosion performance. Finally, ASTM G67-24a standard was recommended for intergranular corrosion test of 5083 aluminum alloy.
