    17-4PH不锈钢同心测调工作筒断裂原因

    Causes of fracture of 17-4PH concentric measuring and adjusting working barrel

    • 摘要: 某海上油田注水井井下工具17-4PH不锈钢同心测调工作筒发生断裂,采用宏观观察、扫描电镜与能谱分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法,再结合工况特点综合分析了该工作筒断裂的原因。结果表明:17-4PH不锈钢同心测调筒的失效模式为脆性疲劳断裂,在使用过程中,首先在筒体机械加工刀痕处的螺纹根部出现微裂纹,后续在载荷的作用下,裂纹进一步沿周向扩展,直至工作筒发生断裂。

       

      Abstract: The 17-4PH stainless steel concentric measuring and adjusting working barrel of downhole tool for water injection well in an offshore oilfield was fractured. The causes of the fracture of the working barrel were comprehensively analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination and other methods, combined with the characteristics of working conditions. The results show that the failure mode of 17-4PH stainless steel concentric measuring and adjusting barrel was brittle fatigue fracture. In the process of use, micro cracks first appeared at the root of the thread at the machining tool mark of the barrel, and then under the action of load, the cracks further expanded circumferentially until the working barrel breaked.
