    Cracking cause of 15CrMoG steel high-pressure boiler tube elbow

    • 摘要: 某15CrMoG钢高压锅炉管弯管发生开裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对弯管开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:弯管时感应线圈与钢管发生磕碰,部分线圈材料嵌入钢管基体,中频加热时温度较高,使低熔点的铜锌合金熔化,导致基体组织晶界弱化,在拉应力作用下,弯管开裂。

       

      Abstract: The elbow of a 15CrMoG steel high-pressure boiler tube cracked. The causes of elbow cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the induction coil collided with the steel tube during the elbow, and some coil materials were embedded in the steel tube matrix. The temperature was high during medium frequency heating, which melted the low melting point copper-zinc alloy, resulting in the weakening of the grain boundary of the matrix structure. Under the action of tensile stress, the elbow finally cracked.
