    不锈钢薄板平面应力断裂韧度测试

    Plane stress fracture toughness test of stainless steel sheet

    • 摘要: 为探究不锈钢薄板材料的断裂韧度,采用紧凑拉伸试样进行试验,提出了3种获取平面应力断裂韧度的方法,将这3种方法进行对比;利用最大力值点并通过构建驱动力载荷与有效裂纹尺寸关系的一元四次多项式模型和一元三次多项式模型,获取材料的平面应力断裂韧度。结果表明:3种方法得到的平面应力断裂韧度相差不大。

       

      Abstract: To investigate the fracture toughness of stainless steel sheet materials, compact tensile specimens were used for testing, and three methods for obtaining the plane stress fracture toughness were proposed and compared. The plane stress fracture toughness of the material was obtained by using the maximum force point, and constructing a univariate quartic polynomial model and a univariate cubic polynomial model of the relationship between the driving force load and the effective crack size. The results show that the plane stress fracture toughness obtained by the three methods was not significantly different.
