    中压蒸汽管道开裂原因

    Reasons for cracking of medium pressure steam pipeline

    • 摘要: 某中压蒸汽管道在使用过程中发生开裂现象。采用宏观观察、渗透检测、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法研究了管道开裂的原因。结果表明:管道开裂位置集中在管道底部,受热表面产生了特有的龟裂裂纹,裂纹分支少,以穿晶开裂为主,裂纹缝隙处存在许多高温氧化物;在管道服役过程中,管道内通气量不均匀、混合区域混合不完全,使材料产生循环热应力,最终导致中压蒸汽管道发生热疲劳开裂。

       

      Abstract: A certain medium pressure steam pipeline experienced cracking during use. The causes of pipeline cracking were studied using macroscopic observation, penetration testing, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the cracking location of the pipeline was concentrated at the bottom of the pipeline, and unique cracks were generated on the heated surface. The crack branches were few, mainly transgranular cracking, and there were many high-temperature oxides present at the crack gaps. During the service of the pipeline, uneven ventilation and incomplete mixing in the mixing area caused cyclic thermal stress in the material, ultimately led to thermal fatigue cracking of the medium pressure steam pipeline.
