    某蒸汽锅炉高温过热器12Cr1MoVG钢管爆裂原因

    Burst reason of 12Cr1MoVG steel pipe for high temperature superheater of a steam boiler

    • 摘要: 某蒸汽锅炉高温过热器12Cr1MoVG钢管发生爆裂事故,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法分析该管爆裂的原因。结果表明:内壁结垢使过热器管长期超温运行,材料组织严重球化,力学性能降低;在长期高负荷运行条件下,垢层脱落并在下弯头沉积,引起直管段严重超温,在工作压力和热应力作用下,钢管发生鼓胀,最终发生爆裂事故。

       

      Abstract: The burst accident of 12Cr1MoVG steel pipe of high temperature superheater of a steam boiler occurred. The causes of the burst were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, tensile test, hardness test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the fouling of the inner wall caused the superheater tube to run over-temperature for a long time, the material structure was seriously spheroidized, and the mechanical properties were reduced. Under long-term high-load operation conditions, the fouling layer fell off and deposited at the lower elbow, causing serious overheating of the straight pipe section. Under the action of working pressure and thermal stress, the steel pipe swelled and eventually burst.
