    • 摘要: 某催化裂化装置旋风分离器S30409不锈钢翼阀在服役时发生断裂事故,采用化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、断口分析、能谱分析等方法对翼阀断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:翼阀长期在高温下服役,显微组织析出大量σ相,导致材料脆化、塑性和韧性降低;焊缝处形状尺寸不连续引起较大的应力集中,在气固两相流压力和装置升温、降温产生的热应力作用下,材料萌生微裂纹,裂纹不断扩展,最终导致翼阀断裂。

       

      Abstract: The fracture accident of S30409 stainless steel wing valve of cyclone separator in a catalytic cracking unit occurred during service. The fracture reason of wing valve was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test, fracture analysis and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the wing valve was in service at high temperature for a long time, and a large amount of σ phase was precipitated in the microstructure, which led to the embrittlement of the material and the decrease of plasticity and toughness. The discontinuous shape and size of the weld caused a large stress concentration. Under the action of the gas-solid two-phase flow pressure and the thermal stress generated by the heating and cooling of the device, micro-cracks were initiated and the cracks continued to expand, eventually leading to the fracture of the wing valve.
