    GCr15轴承钢的高温力学性能

    High temperature mechanical properties of GCr15 bearing steel

    • 摘要: 以某GCr15轴承钢为研究对象,采用热模拟试验机对其进行不同温度下的高温拉伸试验,绘制了试验钢的高温热塑性曲线,找出了脆性温度区间;采用扫描电子显微镜观察GCr15轴承钢断口形貌,采用光学显微镜观察断口附近的显微组织,综合研究了GCr15轴承钢的高温力学性能。结果表明:试验钢在测试温度范围内仅存在第Ⅲ脆性区间,为600~850 ℃;试验钢的塑性区间为900~1 250 ℃,实际生产中,应选择900~1 250 ℃塑性区间内的温度对试验钢进行矫直加工,可减少裂纹数量。

       

      Abstract: Taking a GCr15 bearing steel as the research object, the high temperature tensile test at different temperatures was carried out by thermal simulation testing machine. The high temperature thermoplastic curve of the test steel was drawn, and the brittle temperature range was found. The fracture morphology of GCr15 bearing steel was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the microstructure near the fracture was observed by optical microscope. The high temperature mechanical properties of GCr15 bearing steel were comprehensively studied. The results show that there was only the third brittle interval in the test temperature range, which was 600—850 ℃. The plastic range of the test steel was 900—1 250 ℃. In actual production, the temperature in the plastic range of 900—1 250 ℃ should be selected to straighten the test steel, which could reduce the number of cracks.
