    316L不锈钢临界点蚀温度的测量及校准

    Measurement and calibration of critical pitting temperature of 316L stainless steel

    • 摘要: 采用电化学恒电位极化曲线方法测量316L不锈钢在Cl溶液中的临界点蚀温度(CPT),用浸泡法校准电化学恒电位极化曲线方法的结果,确定CPT 的具体值,使用光学显微镜进一步验证了CPT的准确性。结果表明:316L不锈钢母材在Cl质量分数分别为0.01,0.05,0.1溶液中的CPT分别为58,38 ℃,Cl质量分数大于0.1时,CPT小于22 ℃;在该温度下浸泡316L不锈钢试样24 h后,发现亚稳态锈斑出现明显点蚀核心,将溶液温度降低10 ℃,再浸泡该试样,则未出现明显点蚀核心,该温度可用于判定316L不锈钢在Cl质量分数分别为0.01,0.05,0.1溶液中的CPT。

       

      Abstract: The critical pitting temperature (CPT) of 316L stainless steel in Cl solution was measured by electrochemical potentiostatic polarization curve method. The results of electrochemical potentiostatic polarization curve method were calibrated by immersion method to determine the specific value of CPT. The accuracy of CPT was further verified by optical microscope. The results show that the CPT of 316L stainless steel base metal was 58 ℃ and 38 ℃ in the solution with Cl mass fraction of 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1, respectively. When the Cl mass fraction was greater than 0.1, the CPT was less than 22 ℃. After soaking the 316L stainless steel sample at this temperature for 24 h, it was found that the metastable rust spot had obvious pitting core.The solution temperature was reduced by 10 ℃, and then the sample was soaked. There was no obvious pitting core. The temperature could be used to determine the CPT of 316L stainless steel in the solution with Cl mass fraction of 0.01,0.05,0.1.
