    轨道车辆抗侧滚扭杆轴断裂原因

    Fracture reason of anti-roll torsion bar shaft of rail vehicle

    • 摘要: 某型号轨道车辆抗侧滚扭杆轴在生产过程中发生断裂现象,断裂发生在热处理后的矫直工序。采用断口分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、原材料分析等方法对扭杆轴的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:淬火时加热温度过高是扭杆轴脆性断裂的主要原因,而回火时间不充分、组织转变不充分,以及应力未得到消除是扭杆轴断裂的另一个重要原因。

       

      Abstract: The anti-roll torsion bar shaft of a certain type of rail vehicle fractured during the production process, and the fracture occurred in the straightening process after heat treatment. The fracture reason of the torsion bar shaft was analyzed by means of fracture analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property test and raw material analysis. The results show that the high heating temperature during quenching was the main reason for the brittle fracture of the torsion bar shaft, while the insufficient tempering time, insufficient microstructure transformation and uneliminated stress were another important reasons for the fracture of the torsion bar shaft.
