    试样类型和夹持方式对钨铜合金拉伸试验结果的影响

    The influence of sample types and clamping methods on the tensile test results of tungsten copper alloy

    • 摘要: 依据GB/T 228.1—2021,研究了不同试样类型和夹持方式对钨铜合金拉伸试验结果的影响。结果表明:当采用单台阶直径为10 mm的圆形试样进行拉伸试验时,试样的断裂部位全部为头部,且抗拉强度均不符合验收规范;采用单台阶2×M10-6h (两端均有外螺纹,螺纹直径为10 mm,公差等级为6 h)圆形头部带螺纹的试样时,有83.3%的试样断裂部位为头部,而其中仅有20%试样的抗拉强度符合验收规范;采用双台阶2×M10-6h圆形头部带螺纹的试样时,试样的断裂位置全部为平行段,且抗拉强度全部符合验收规范。

       

      Abstract: According to GB/T 228.1—2021, the influence of different sample types and clamping methods on the tensile test results of tungsten copper alloy was studied. The results show that when using a circular specimen with a single step diameter of 10 mm for tensile testing, all specimens broke at the head and the tensile strength did not meet the acceptance criteria. When using a single step 2×M10-6h (both ends have external threads with a diameter of 10 mm and a tolerance level of 6 h) circular head threaded specimen, 83.3% of the specimens fractured at the head, and only 20% of the specimens that tensile strength met the acceptance criteria. When using a double step 2×M10-6h circular head threaded specimen, the fracture position of the specimen was all in the parallel section, and the tensile strength met the acceptance specifications.
