基于数字图像相关技术的大尺寸叶片动态全场应变测量
Dynamic full field strain measurement for large-sized blades based on digital image correlation technology

摘要: 摘要 以某型大尺寸叶片为研究对象,根据振动疲劳对应力标定的需求,基于数字图像相关技术,对叶片动态全场应变进行测量,提出了一种基于数字图像相关技术的非接触变形测量方法。同时,将数字图像相关法的测量结果与电阻应变计测量结果、理论应变进行对比,发现数字图像相关法的测量结果与电阻应变计的测量结果具有较高的一致性,且与理论应变的误差较小,验证了数字图像相关技术在大尺寸叶片振动疲劳试验非接触变形测量中应用的可行性。Abstract: Abstract Taking a certain type of large-sized blade as the research object, a non-contact deformation measurement method based on digital image correlation technology was proposed to measure the dynamic full field strain of the blade according to the demand for stress calibration in vibration fatigue. At the same time, the measurement results of digital image correlation method were compared with those of resistance strain gauge and theoretical strain, it was found that the measurement results of digital image correlation method were highly consistent with those of resistance strain gauge, and had a small error with theoretical strain, which verified the feasibility of applying digital image correlation technology in non-contact deformation measurement of large-sized blade vibration fatigue test.
