    活塞发动机连杆衬套内表面剥落原因

    Causes of inner surface spalling of connecting rod bushing of piston engine

    • 摘要: 某活塞发动机连杆衬套多次出现内表面剥落现象,采用宏观观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验、模拟试验等方法分析衬套内表面剥落的原因。结果表明:铜合金衬层近表面存在枝晶间孔隙和铅质点消失等异常显微组织,造成局部承载能力不足;铜合金衬层近表面异常显微组织的产生原因是大修时采用酸溶液去除铅锡合金镀层的时间过长,铜合金层的枝晶间铅质点被酸溶液溶解。

       

      Abstract: The inner surface spalling phenomenon of connecting rod bushing of a piston engine occurred many times. The causes of inner surface spalling of bushing were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination and simulation test. The results show that there were abnormal microstructures such as interdendritic pores and disappearance of lead particles on the near surface of the copper alloy lining, resulting in insufficient local bearing capacity. The reason for the abnormal microstructure near the surface of the copper alloy lining was that the acid solution was used to remove the lead-tin alloy coating for too long during the overhaul, and the interdendritic lead particles of the copper alloy layer were seriously dissolved by the acid solution.
