    金属维氏硬度试验测量不确定度的评定

    Evaluation of measurement uncertainty of Vickers hardness test

    • 摘要: 摘要 依据GB/T 4340.1—2009和JJF 1059.1—2012,充分考虑维氏硬度试验中的各种影响因素,对维氏硬度试验的测量不确定度进行评定,并对各影响因素进行对比。结果表明:硬度计自身的性质、压痕对角线长度测量误差、被测试样的均匀性、加载力的大小等因素对测量不确定度的影响较大;在金属维氏硬度试验中,选择精度高的硬度计、尽量增加测量次数、选择均匀性好的位置进行试验、选择相对较大的加载力等操作可以有效减小测量不确定度,从而得到准确的试验数据。

       

      Abstract: Abstract According to GB/T 4340.1—2009 and JJF 1059.1—2012, various influencing factors in the Vickers hardness test were fully considered to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the Vickers hardness test, and compared the various influencing factors. The results show that factors such as the properties of the hardness tester itself, measurement errors of indentation diagonal length, uniformity of the tested sample, and magnitude of loading force had a significant impact on measurement uncertainty. Therefore, in the metal Vickers hardness test, selected a high-precision hardness tester, increased the number of measurements as much as possible, chose a location with good uniformity for testing, and selected a relatively large loading force could effectively reduce measurement uncertainty and obtain accurate test data.
