Abstract:
The effects of two annealing processes on the mechanical properties, microstructure and friction characteristics of DC03 steel plate were compared and analyzed by experiments. The results show that the grains of No.1 sample with higher annealing temperature were uniform, and the hardness distribution along the vertical section was basically the same. The annealing temperature of No.2 sample was 10~15 ℃ lower than that of No.1 sample, and the elongation after fracture was 0.2%~0.3% larger. The surface grains of the sample were fine and uneven, the surface hardness was higher than that of the middle. The results could provide guidance for the adjustment of annealing process and the optimization of user stamping process in the production process of steel strip.
