    退火工艺对无间隙原子钢组织与摩擦特性的影响

    Effect of annealing process on microstructure and friction properties of interstitial-free atomic steel

    • 摘要: 通过试验对比分析了两种退火工艺对DC03钢板力学性能、显微组织和摩擦特性的影响。结果表明:退火温度较高的1号试样晶粒均匀,沿垂直截面方向的硬度分布基本一致;2号试样较1号试样的退火温度低10~15 ℃,断后伸长率大0.2%~0.3%,试样表层晶粒细小且不均匀,表层硬度高于中部。结果可为钢带生产过程中的退火工艺调整和用户冲压工艺优化提供指导。

       

      Abstract: The effects of two annealing processes on the mechanical properties, microstructure and friction characteristics of DC03 steel plate were compared and analyzed by experiments. The results show that the grains of No.1 sample with higher annealing temperature were uniform, and the hardness distribution along the vertical section was basically the same. The annealing temperature of No.2 sample was 10~15 ℃ lower than that of No.1 sample, and the elongation after fracture was 0.2%~0.3% larger. The surface grains of the sample were fine and uneven, the surface hardness was higher than that of the middle. The results could provide guidance for the adjustment of annealing process and the optimization of user stamping process in the production process of steel strip.
