    HRB500aE钢筋边部封闭圈处组织的分析与判定

    Analysis and determination of the organization of HRB500aE steel bar edge closed ring

    • 摘要: HRB500aE钢筋边部封闭圈处的异常组织影响了钢筋的质量和使用。为了保证钢筋质量,结合3种不同生产工艺下的钢筋产品,采用全自动钢筋拉伸试验系统、光学显微镜、维氏硬度计、直读光谱仪对钢筋的组织、性能、化学成分进行了综合性检验分析,确定了钢筋边部封闭圈处的异常组织类型,并分析其形成原因。结果表明:HRB500aE钢筋边部封闭圈处主要出现3种异常组织,分别为回火马氏体、贝氏体及魏氏组织;推荐使用第3种工艺方法生产钢筋。结果可为轧钢工艺参数的调整提供支持,避免出现不合格钢筋产品。

       

      Abstract: The abnormal structure at the edge sealing ring of HRB500 aE steel bar was the harmful structure in the steel bar, which affected the quality and use of the steel bar. In order to ensure the quality of steel bar, combined with the steel bar products under three different production processes, the microstructure, properties and chemical composition of the steel bar were comprehensively tested and analyzed by using the automatic steel bar tensile test system, optical microscope, Vickers hardness tester and direct reading spectrometer. The abnormal microstructure type at the edge sealing ring of the steel bar was determined, and the causes were analyzed. The results show that there were three kinds of abnormal structures at the edge closed ring of HRB500 aE steel bar, which were tempered martensite, bainite and widmanstatten structure. It was recommended to use the third process method to produce steel bars. The results could provide support for the adjustment of rolling process parameters and avoid unqualified steel products.
