    飞轮螺栓断裂原因

    Causes of flywheel bolt fracture

    • 摘要: 某42CrMo钢飞轮螺栓在使用过程中发生掉头断裂现象,采用宏观观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验、化学成分分析、硬度测试等方法对螺栓断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:在螺栓的生产过程中,氢原子渗入到螺栓的浅表层,在后续使用时,这部分氢原子与拉应力的共同作用导致螺栓发生氢脆延迟断裂现象。

       

      Abstract: A 42CrMo steel flywheel bolt was broken during use. The causes of bolt fracture were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis and hardness test. The results show that in the production process of bolts, hydrogen atoms penetratd into the shallow surface layer of bolts. In the subsequent use, the combined action of this part of hydrogen atoms and tensile stress led to the phenomenon of hydrogen embrittlement delayed fracture of bolts.
