    4Cr5Mo2V钢与4Cr5MoSiV1钢组织和性能的对比

    Comparison of microstructure and properties of 4Cr5Mo2V steel and 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel

    • 摘要: 采用金相检验、冲击试验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对4Cr5Mo2V钢和4Cr5MoSiV1钢的组织、性能进行对比分析,并用软件模拟计算相图。结果表明:4Cr5Mo2V钢较4Cr5MoSiV1钢的V元素含量降低、Mo元素含量升高,改变了钢中MC相的稳定性;4Cr5Mo2V钢中高熔点MC相液析碳化物的溶解温度和含量较4Cr5MoSiV1钢降低,使4Cr5Mo2V钢的冲击韧性增大。

       

      Abstract: Comparative analysis was conducted on the microstructure and properties of 4Cr5Mo2V steel and 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel using methods such as metallographic examination, impact testing, scanning electron microscopy, and energy spectrum analysis. The phase diagrams were simulated and calculated using software. The results show that the V element content of 4Cr5Mo2V steel was lower than that of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel, while the Mo element content was higher, which changed the stability of the MC phase in the steel. The dissolution temperature and content of high melting point MC phase precipitated carbides in 4Cr5Mo2V steel were lower than those in 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel, which increased the impact toughness of 4Cr5Mo2V steel.
