    高碳铬轴承钢的旋转弯曲疲劳性能

    Rotational bending fatigue performance of high carbon chromium bearing steel

    • 摘要: 采用简支梁旋转弯曲疲劳试验机对SUJ2S1高碳铬轴承钢进行旋转弯曲疲劳性能测试,绘制了材料的疲劳极限升降图、疲劳强度-疲劳寿命曲线和存活率-疲劳强度-疲劳寿命曲线。采用场发射电子显微镜对材料发生疲劳断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:高碳铬轴承钢的疲劳极限为458 MPa,存活率为90%时的疲劳极限为300 MPa;试验钢表面存在机械加工缺陷和Al2O3夹杂物,最终导致材料发生疲劳断裂现象。

       

      Abstract: The rotational bending fatigue performance of SUJ2S1 high carbon chromium bearing steel was tested using a simply supported beam rotational bending fatigue testing machine, and the fatigue limit rise and fall diagram, fatigue strength-fatigue life curve, and survival rale-fatigue strength-fatigue life curve of the material were plotted. Using field emission electron microscopy to analyze the causes of fatigue fracture in materials. The results show that the fatigue limit of high carbon chromium bearing steel was 458 MPa, and the fatigue limit at a survival rate of 90% was 300 MPa. There were mechanical processing defects and Al2O3 inclusions on the surface of the test steel, which ultimately led to fatigue fracture of the material.
