    35CrMo钢蓄能器开裂原因

    Cracking reason of 35CrMo steel accumulator

    • 摘要: 某公司生产的蓄能器在使用1 a后发生开裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析、金相检验等方法对蓄能器的开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:制做蓄能器壳体的35CrMo钢存在微裂纹;蓄能器工作时,内部介质气体和液压油产生的压力使微裂纹逐步扩展并贯穿管壁,导致蓄能器开裂。

       

      Abstract: The accumulator produced by a company cracked after one year of use. The cracking reason of the accumulator was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, scanning electron microscope analysis and metallographic examination. The results show that there were microcracks in 35CrMo steel which was used to make the accumulator shell. When the accumulator was working, the pressure generated by the internal medium gas and hydraulic oil caused the micro cracks to gradually expand and penetrate the pipe wall, resulting in the accumulator cracking.
