摘要: 某电厂锅炉前墙壁式再热器管、水冷壁管、分隔屏管发生蒸汽泄漏事故,采用宏观观察、金相检验、硬度测试等方法分析了锅炉管开裂的原因。结果表明:锅炉管开裂点位于壁式再热器管上,开裂原因不是管材过热或自身缺陷,而是安装施工过程中,前期滑动板与31根壁式再热器管的靠炉前侧发生误焊,产生了缺陷,导致管件开裂。Abstract: Steam leakage accidents occurred in the front wall reheater tube, water wall tube and partition screen tube of a power plant boiler. The causes of boiler tube cracking were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic examination and hardness test. The results show that the cracking point of the boiler tube was located on the wall reheater tube. The cracking reason was not the overheating of the tube or its own defects, but the wrong welding between the sliding plate and the front side of the 31 wall reheater tubes near the furnace during the installation and construction process, resulting in defects and cracking of the tube.
