    某型柴油机曲轴开裂原因

    Reason for crankshaft cracking in a certain type of diesel engine

    • 摘要: 某型柴油机曲轴在运行过程中发生开裂现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法分析了曲轴开裂的原因。结果表明:该曲轴表面在含有硫、氯元素等腐蚀性介质的作用下发生了点腐蚀,过渡R处的腐蚀坑成为疲劳源,在旋转和弯曲交变应力的作用下,腐蚀坑以疲劳的方式开裂并扩展,最终导致曲轴开裂。

       

      Abstract: The crankshaft of a certain type of cliesel engine cracked during operation. The cause of crankshaft cracking was analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property testing, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that pitting corrosion occurred on the surface of the crankshaft under the action of corrosive medium containing sulfur, chlorine and other elements, and the corrosion pit at transition R became a fatigue source. Under the action of rotational bending and alternating stress, the corrosion pit cracked and expanded in a fatigue manner, ultimately led to crankshaft cracking.
