摘要: 在某20CrMoH钢齿轮渗碳处理过程中,其齿轮根部出现裂纹。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法分析了齿轮开裂的原因。结果表明:材料晶界处分布枝晶状的硫化锰,该类夹杂物属于Ⅱ类硫化物,形成于第二脆性区的温度区间,由稳定的共晶反应生成,硫化锰夹杂物的形成与S、O元素含量及冷却速率有关;夹杂物破坏了基体的连续性,应力集中处萌生微裂纹并不断扩展,最终导致20CrMoH钢齿轮发生开裂。Abstract: Cracks appeared on the teeth of a certain 20CrMoH gear steel after carburization treatment. The cause of gear cracking was analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there were dendritic manganese sulfide inclusions distributed at the grain boundaries of the material. These inclusions belonged to class II sulfides, formed in the temperature range of the second brittle zone and generated by stable eutectic reactions. The formation of manganese sulfide inclusions was related to the content of S and O elements and the cooling rate. The inclusions disrupted the continuity of the matrix, causing microcracks to initiate and continuously propagated at stress concentrations, ultimately led to cracking of 20CrMoH steel gear.
