    大型变电站消防栓给水管道断裂原因

    Causes of fire hydrant water supply pipe fracture in large transformer substation

    • 摘要: 某大型变电站消防栓给水管道发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、金相检验、力学性能测试及强度校核计算等方法对管道断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:管道沟槽接头的滚槽工艺不当,使管道内壁沟槽边缘出现严重的机械损伤,破坏了基体的连续性,并产生较大的应力集中;管道组织中存在大量游离态渗碳体,使材料脆化,降低了材料的抗滚压加工开裂能力;管道及沟槽接头装配不规范,在管道与弯头连接的卡箍边缘形成了较大的弯曲力矩,内壁机械损伤部位萌生裂纹并扩展,最终导致管道断裂。

       

      Abstract: A large transformer substation fire hydrant water supply pipe fractured. The causes of pipeline fracture were analyzed by macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical property testing and strength verification calculation. The results show that the improper rolling process of pipeline groove joints caused serious mechanical damage to the edges of the groove on the inner wall of the pipeline, disrupted the continuity of the substrate, and resulted in significant stress concentration. There was a large amount of free cementite in the pipeline organization, which made the material brittle and reduced its ability to resist rolling and cracking. The assembly of pipelines and groove joints was not standardized, resulted in a large bending moment at the edge of the clamp connecting the pipeline and the elbow. Cracks initiated and propagated at the mechanically damaged parts of the inner wall, ultimately led to pipeline fracture.
