    某压缩机余隙缸标尺导架法兰开裂原因

    Reasons for cracking of the scaleplate frame flange of a compressor clearance cylinder

    • 摘要: 某压缩机左侧余隙缸标尺导架法兰发生开裂现象。采用宏观观察、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、压痕试验、力学性能测试、垢物成分分析等方法对标尺导架开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:该标尺导架材料的强度不足,基体与连接法兰之间的倒角较小,导致该处存在应力集中,应力集中处的大尺寸石墨片内萌生裂纹并不断扩展,最终导致标尺导架发生开裂。

       

      Abstract: Cracks occurred at the flange of the left clearance cylinder scaleplate frame of a certain compressor. The reasons for the cracking of the scaleplate frame were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy analysis, indentation test, mechanical performance testing and scale composition analysis. The results show that the strength of the material for the scaleplate frame was insufficient, and the chamfer between the substrate and the connecting flange was small, resulting in stress concentration at this location. Cracks initiated and continued to expand within the large-sized graphite sheet at the stress concentration location, ultimately led to cracking of the scaleplate frame.
