    硬度法测量铝合金阳极氧化膜附着力

    Hardness method for measuring the adhesion of aluminum alloy anodized film

    • 摘要: 铝合金阳极氧化膜的表面膜状结构特殊,目前没有合适的定量方法表征其附着力。利用维氏硬度计对阳极氧化膜进行矩阵化打点,控制压痕间距,利用压痕之间的挤压作用使氧化膜脱落;根据压痕交界处的氧化膜脱落情况定量评价阳极氧化膜的附着力水平;同时,制定了铝合金阳极氧化膜附着力的评价等级分类方法,将铝合金阳极氧化膜附着力水平分为0~5级。

       

      Abstract: The facial mask structure of aluminum alloy anodic oxide film was special, and there was no suitable quantitative method to characterize its adhesion at present. Using a Vickers hardness tester to matrix dot the anodic oxide film, controlling the spacing between indentations, and utilizing the squeezing effect between indentations to cause the oxide film to peel off. Quantitatively evaluated the adhesion level of the anodic oxide film based on the detachment of the oxide film at the indentation interface. Meanwhile, a classification method for evaluating the adhesion level of aluminum alloy anodized coatings had been developed, dividing the adhesion level of aluminum alloy anodized coatings into 0-5 levels.
