    电子背散射衍射制样用振动抛光装置的设计及应用

    Design and application of vibration polishing device for electron backscatter diffraction sample preparation

    • 摘要: 针对电子背散射衍射制样振动抛光机结构复杂、质量较大、价格较高等问题,设计了一种采用市售振动盘底座为基础的振动抛光装置,并选取2024铝合金和2205双相不锈钢进行试验。结果表明:研究设计的振动抛光装置结构简单、操作简便、价格低廉,制备的电子背散射衍射试样表面质量较好,电子背散射衍射测试的标定率高,能够准确获得金属材料的显微组织和取向等信息。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of complex structure, high quality and high price of the vibration polishing machine for electron backscatter diffraction sample preparation, a vibration polishing device based on the commercially available vibrating plate base was designed, and 2024 aluminum alloy and 2205 duplex stainless steel were selected for testing. The results show that the designed vibration polishing device had simple structure, simple operation and low price. The surface quality of the prepared electron backscatter diffraction sample was good, and the calibration rate of the electron backscatter diffraction test was high. It could accurately obtain the microstructure and orientation of metal materials.
