    某660 MW超临界锅炉过热器悬吊管爆裂原因

    Causes of superheater hanging tube burst of a 660 MW supercritical boiler

    • 摘要: 某电厂锅炉过热器悬吊管爆裂造成机组停运,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、硬度测试及金相检验等方法对其爆裂原因进行分析。结果表明:管道内部存在异物,管道有效流通面积减小,介质对管道冷却不足,使管道长期过热运行,材料强度逐渐下降,最终导致过热器悬吊管爆裂。

       

      Abstract: The boiler superheater hanging pipe burst in a power plant caused the shutdown of the unit. The causes of burst were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, hardness test and metallographic examination. The results show that there were foreign bodies in the tube, the effective flow area of the tube was reduced, and the medium was insufficient to cool the tube, which made the tube overheat for a long time, and the material strength gradually decreased, which eventually led to the burst of the superheater hanging pipe.
