    热轧钢表面氧化铁皮状态的电子探针显微分析表征方法

    Electron probe microanalysis characterization method of iron oxide scale state on hot rolled steel surface

    • 摘要: 在不同工艺阶段以及不同处理参数条件下,热轧钢材表层形成氧化铁皮层,其微观结构会影响后续处理工艺参数的制定,综合应用电子探针的各种功能,对某种热轧钢板表面的氧化铁皮层进行物相分布分析。结果表明:在测试中选择6种分析方法对氧化铁皮状态进行分析,每种方法都可以获得较理想的结果,分析结果可为热轧钢材的工艺参数优化、提高产品质量以及研究钢的氧化行为提供数据支持。

       

      Abstract: Under different process stages and different treatment parameters, the surface layer of hot-rolled steel formed an iron oxide scale layer, and its microstructure would affect the formulation of subsequent treatment process parameters. The phase distribution of the iron oxide scale layer on the surface of a hot-rolled steel plate was analyzed by comprehensive application of various functions of electron probe. The results show that six analysis methods were selected to analyze the state of oxide scale in the test, and each method could obtain ideal result. The analysis results could provide data support for optimizing the process parameters of hot rolled steel, improving product quality and studying the oxidation behavior of steel.
