    汽车冲压外覆盖件高点高度影响因素及控制阈值

    Influencing factors and control threshold of high point height of automobile stamping outer panel

    • 摘要: 对汽车冲压外覆盖件高点的形成过程及机制进行解析,研究了异物种类及尺寸、板材厚度以及模具间隙对高点高度的影响规律,同时研究了汽车冲压覆盖件高点高度对涂装后长波、短波及鲜映性的影响。结果表明:随着异物颗粒直径以及弹性模量的增大,高点高度增大;随着板材厚度的增大,高点高度增大;随着模具间隙的减小,高点高度增大;长波随高点高度的增大而增大,呈正相关关系,短波、鲜映性与高点高度关系较弱,某主机厂冲压车间高点高度控制阈值为10.5 μm。

       

      Abstract: The formation process and mechanism of the high point of the automobile stamping outer covering were analyzed. The influence of the type and size of the foreign body, the thickness of the plate and the die gap on the high point height was studied. At the same time, the influence of the high point height of the automobile stamping covering on the long wave, short wave and fresh reflection after coating was studied. The results show that the height of high point increased with the increase of particle diameter and elastic modulus. As the thickness of the plate increased, the height of the high point increased, with the decrease of the die clearance, the height of the high point increased. The long wave increased with the increase of the height of the high point, and there was a positive correlation. The relationship between short wave,freshness and the height of the high point was weak. The control threshold of the height of the high point in the stamping workshop of a main engine factory was 10. 5 μm.
