    固相扩散提升化学包覆银氧化锡材料的电性能试验

    Experiment on improving the electrical properties of chemically coated silver tin oxide materials by solid phase diffusion

    • 摘要: 采用固相扩散工艺对化学包覆后的银氧化锡粉末进行处理,用等静压、烧结、挤压、拉丝等加工工艺对材料进行加工,将其与未经过固相扩散工艺的化学包覆银氧化锡材料的物理性能、力学性能以及电性能进行对比。结果表明:固相扩散银氧化锡材料组织的均匀性以及电性能均有显著提升。

       

      Abstract: The silver tin oxide powder after chemical coating was treated by solid phase diffusion process, and the material was processed by isostatic pressing, sintering, extrusion, drawing and other processing techniques. The physical properties, mechanical properties and electrical properties of the material were compared with those of the chemical coated silver tin oxide material without solid phase diffusion process. The results show that the uniformity and electrical properties of the solid phase diffusion silver tin oxide material were significantly improved.
