    变速箱齿毂开裂原因

    Reason for cracking of gearbox gear hub

    • 摘要: 在对某变速箱进行耐久试验时,其齿毂发生开裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、金相检验、硬度测试及有限元分析等方法对该齿毂开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:该齿毂的疲劳安全系数低于标准要求,导致其腰形孔处发生开裂。将腰形孔结构改为圆孔后,在后续试验中,零件未发生开裂。

       

      Abstract: The gear hub of a gearbox cracked during the durability test. By means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test and finite element analysis, the causes of the cracking of the gear hub were analyzed. The results show that the fatigue safety factor of the gear hub was lower than the standard requirement, resulting in cracking at the waist hole. After the waist-shaped hole structure was changed to a circular hole. In the subsequent test, the parts did not crack.
