    不同焊接电流下气体保护药芯焊丝熔敷金属的显微组织及力学性能

    Microstructure and mechanical properties of deposited metal of gas shielded flux-cored wire under different welding currents

    • 摘要: 针对一种X80管线钢用气体保护药芯焊丝,研究了不同焊接电流下其熔敷金属的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:熔敷金属组织主要由针状铁素体、块状铁素体、粒状贝氏体组成;当焊接电流为150~250 A时,随着焊接电流的增大,组织的晶粒尺寸有增大趋势,熔敷金属的屈服强度、抗拉强度和低温冲击性能均呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当焊接电流为200 A时,熔敷金属的力学性能达到最大,焊缝组织以细小铁素体为主。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of deposited metal under different welding currents were studied for a gas shielded flux-cored wire for X80 pipeline steel. The results show that the microstructure of deposited metal was mainly composed of acicular ferrite, massive ferrite and granular bainite. When the welding current were 150-250 A, with the increase of welding current, the grain size of the microstructure increased, the yield strength, tensile strength and impact property of the deposited metal increased first and then decreased. When the welding current was 200 A, the mechanical properties of the deposited metal reached the maximum, and the microstructure of the weld was mainly fine ferrite.
