    Cracking reason of steel tube tower cylinder of a transmission line

    • 摘要: 某输电线路钢管塔筒体发生开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对其开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:筒体材料的化学成分不满足标准要求;筒体材料的显微组织异常是筒体开裂的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: The cracking reason of steel tube tower cylinder of a transmission line was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the chemical composition of the cylinder material did not meet the standard requirements.The abnormal microstructure of the cylinder material was the main reason for the cracking of the cylinder.
