    • 摘要: 介绍了钢中夹杂物的评定方法,分析了DIN 50602—1985标准中夹杂物宽度、长度和OG型夹杂物的评定方法。结果表明:DIN 50602—1985标准规定用夹杂物面积评定夹杂物级别,这样更能凸显夹杂物对钢性能的影响;对于超长的单个串条状夹杂物,建议采用夹杂物整体长度和宽度对夹杂物进行评级,不进行分割降级和额外标注尺寸;根据 DIN 50602—1985标准中图1计算了夹杂物面积,再根据该标准中表3计算夹杂物的面积,得出二者对OG型夹杂物的评定界限值基本相同,由此可根据OG型夹杂物的直径来评定夹杂物的级别。

       

      Abstract: The evaluation methods of inclusions in steel were introduced. The evaluation methods of inclusion width, length and OG type inclusions in DIN 50602—1985 standard were analyzed. The results show that the inclusion area was used to evaluate the inclusion grade in DIN 50602—1985 standard, which could highlight the influence of inclusions on the properties of steel. For the super-long single string inclusions, the overall length and width of the inclusions to grade the inclusions was recommended, without segmentation and additional dimensioning. According to the figure 1 of DIN 50602—1985 standard, the area of inclusions was calculated, and then the area of inclusions was calculated according to the table 3 in the standard. It was concluded that the evaluation boundary values of OG type inclusions were basically the same, so the grade of inclusions could be evaluated according to the diameter of OG type inclusions.
