Abstract: A DL05 cable steel wire rod had a variety of uneven grain morphology characteristics. Through the grain size evaluation test, a set of systematic and comprehensive characterization and evaluation technique for different grain morphologies of DL05 cable steel wire rod was formed. It was applied to the technical development and production inspection of DL05 cable steel wire rod, which effectively improved the quality of DL05 cable steel wire rod.
