    用作滚道的行星轮内孔表面黑点产生原因

    Cause of black spots on the inner hole surface of the planetary gear used as raceway

    • 摘要: 对某批次用作滚道的行星轮进行磨削烧伤检测,在其内孔表面发现黑点。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验、黑点数量统计等方法对行星轮内孔表面产生黑点的原因进行分析。结果表明:行星轮内孔表面存在非金属夹杂物,磨削烧伤检测过程中,非金属夹杂物被腐蚀并形成黑色孔洞,其宏观表现为黑点。

       

      Abstract: A batch of planetary gears used as raceways were subjected to grinding burn detection, the black spots were found on the inner hole surface. Macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination, black spot number statistics and other methods were used to analyze the cause of black spots on the inner hole surface of the planetary gear. The results show that there were non-metallic inclusions on the inner hole surface of the planetary gear. During the grinding burn detection process, the non-metallic inclusions were corroded and formed black holes, the macroscopic performance were black spots.
