    不同基体材料阀门表面等离子堆焊Co106F粉末

    Plasma surfacing Co106F powder on valve surface of different matrix materials

    • 摘要: 采用等离子堆焊技术在基体材料为304不锈钢、F51双相不锈钢、A105碳钢的阀门表面堆焊了Co106F粉末。采用金相检验、线扫描分析、硬度测试等方法对3种基体材料阀门表面的堆焊层进行分析。结果表明:3种基体材料阀门表面堆焊层的熔合线平直,但存在缺陷;在熔合线到基体之间,3种基体材料阀门表面堆焊层中的Co、Cr、Fe等元素均发生了扩散现象;等离子堆焊Co106F粉末后,基体材料为A105碳钢阀门表面堆焊层的硬度显著增大。

       

      Abstract: Co106F powder was deposited on the valve surface of 304 stainless steel, F51 duplex stainless steel and A105 carbon steel by plasma surfacing technology. The surfacing layers on the surface of three kinds of substrate materials were analyzed by metallographic examination, line scanning analysis and hardness test. The results show that the fusion line of the surfacing layer on the valve surface of the three matrix materials was straight, but there were defects. Between the fusion line and the matrix, the elements such as Co, Cr and Fe in the surfacing layer of the valve surface of the three matrix materials all diffused. After plasma surfacing Co106F powder, the hardness increasement of the surfacing layer on the surface of A105 carbon steel valve was obvious.
