    碳纤维与芳纶纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的动态力学性能

    Dynamic mechanical properties of carbon fiber and aramid fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites

    • 摘要: 分别使用高速拉伸试验机和霍普金森拉杆装置对碳纤维、芳纶纤维增强环氧树脂平纹复合材料的动态力学性能进行测试。结果表明:在拉伸过程中,碳纤维和芳纶纤维呈脆性断裂特征,两种材料的弹性模量几乎不受应变率的影响,抗拉强度随着应变率的增加而升高,且与应变率的对数呈线性关系。

       

      Abstract: The dynamic mechanical properties of carbon fiber and aramid fiber reinforced epoxy resin plain weave composites were tested using high speed tensile testing machines and Hopkinson pull rod devices, respectively. The results show that during the stretching process, carbon fiber and aramid fiber exhibited brittle fracture characteristic, the elastic modulus of both materials was almost unaffected by strain rate. The tensile strength increased with the increase of strain rate and was linearly related to the logarithm of strain rate.
