    柴油发动机曲轴的常见失效模式

    Common failure modes of diesel engine crankshaft

    • 摘要: 使用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、显微硬度计、拉伸试验机和直读光谱仪等设备对失效曲轴进行了研究。分析了结构设计不当、原材料缺陷、装配不当、使用不当等因素导致曲轴失效的案例,并提出了改进建议;阐述了相关零部件与曲轴失效之间的关系。结果表明:应从设计、材料、热处理、机械加工、转运、装配、相关联接件、使用过程及服役环境等诸多方面对曲轴的失效进行排查并着手改进。

       

      Abstract: The failure crankshaft was studied by scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analyzer, X-ray diffractometer, optical microscope, microhardness tester, tensile testing machine and direct reading spectrometer. The cases of crankshaft failure caused by improper structural design, raw material defects, improper assembly and improper use were analyzed, and suggestions for improvement were put forward. The relationship between related parts and crankshaft failure was described. The results show that the failure of crankshaft should be investigated and improved from many aspects such as design, material, heat treatment, machining, transportation, assembly, related connectors, use process and service environment.
