    废水厌氧预处理系统304不锈钢压力管道腐蚀原因

    Corrosion reason of 304 stainless steel pressure pipe in anaerobic pretreatment system of wastewater

    • 摘要: 某化工企业废水厌氧预处理系统中的压力管道出现贯穿性腐蚀缺陷,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)快速检测等方法分析了腐蚀原因。结果表明:发生沼气反应的厌氧微生物硫酸盐还原菌导致不锈钢管道钝化膜被破坏,促进了不锈钢的腐蚀过程,最终造成贯穿性腐蚀缺陷。

       

      Abstract: The pressure pipeline in the anaerobic pretreatment system of wastewater in a chemical enterprise had penetrating corrosion defects. The cause of corrosion was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination and rapid detection of sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB). The results show that the anaerobic microbial sulfate reducing bacteria that undergo biogas reaction led to the destruction of the passivation film of the stainless steel pipeline, which promoted the corrosion process of the stainless steel and ultimately caused penetrating corrosion defects.
