    低温过热器管开裂原因

    Cracking cause of low temperature superheater tube

    • 摘要: 某化工厂燃油锅炉低温过热器管发生开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析、力学性能测试等方法分析了开裂原因。结果表明:低温过热器管开裂的原因是管壁材料珠光体球化严重,使管壁迎火面的抗拉强度和屈服强度下降,管壁的耐热性能下降,从而导致低温过热器管发生开裂。

       

      Abstract: The low temperature superheater tube of oil-fired boiler in a chemical plant cracked. The cracking reason was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the cracking reason of the low temperature superheater tube was that the pearlite spheroidization of the tube wall material seriously, the tensile strength and yield strength of the fire-facing surface of the tube wall reduced, and the heat resistance of the tube wall decreased, which led to the cracking of the low temperature superheater tube.
