    超高强抗震钢筋弯曲断裂原因

    Reasons for bending fracture of ultra-high strength seismic steel bar

    • 摘要: 超高强抗震钢筋在进行弯曲试验时发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、金相检验、中心偏析检验等方法,对弯曲试样断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:热轧前加热温度较高,变形后奥氏体晶粒长大,使得珠光体团尺寸增大、珠光体含量增多;冷却缓慢导致网状铁素体沿奥氏体晶界析出,使材料的塑性和韧性下降,最终导致试样在弯曲试验时发生断裂。

       

      Abstract: The ultra-high strength seismic steel bar broke during the bending test. The reasons for the fracture of the bending sample were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis, metallographic examination and central segregation inspection. The results show that the heating temperature before hot rolling was higher, and the austenite grain grew after deformation, which increased the size of pearlite colony and the content of pearlite. The slow cooling resulted in the precipitation of network ferrite along the austenite grain boundary, which reduced the plasticity and toughness of the material, and finally led to the fracture of the sample during the bending test.
